was wondering of there is a major difference in the 2? Or is it just about personal preference?
I tried both on, the leather one hurts and it pinches me, but feels lekka solid the nylon one fells a lil "flimsy" so to say? But fits better
so now i don't know??? :silly: :silly:
u can have results, or have excuses...u cant have both!!!!

Boils down to preference and workload, as Vega said if powerlifting the Leather belt is ideal.
I only use a belt on heavy deadlifts over 150kg and squats over 180kg. Only those 2 exercises.

I have a leather one. Have it for years now. Although the nylon one feels more comfortable, I feel that the leather one gives me more support. It just sumtimes pinches when I do squats and that ticks me off
