I am putting on lean mass and cinsequently reducing body fat. Is it better to do cardio for shorter times 15-20 minutes moderate intensity after weight training or is it better to do it on seperate days and do say 45 minutes of cardio?

There is no problem doing 20min cardio after ur workout, but u can do it in the morning, around 30 - 45min slow medium pace to get that fat burning away then train in the evening. Just make sure ur diet is suited around early morning cardio and u have the right foods for before and after if u choose to do the cardio in the morning.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

The advantage of doing cardio after your workout is that your glycogen levels have been depleted thus forcing your body to look els where for an energy source ie fat. Try alternating your cardio sessions between Hiit and steady state, this also helps to keep it interesting.

I personally cant stand steady state, numbs me completely so I do semi fasted cardio for 15-20 mins am.

Barbell complex or prowler work for 15-20 min.

Consume 30mins before, approx 20g BCAA, 5g Glutamine & 30g whey ISO - iso can be expensive so maybe just increase the BCAA to 30g.

Then good to go!
