Hello ,

As some might as noticed. The king of this forum (me) has not posted for a few days (year)

I damaged my bicep pretty bad..

Long story short.. sheath had to be taking off and put back together.
Along with some of my muscle been cut .

So the op was around 1.5 months ago...

Any ideas on slowly regaining strength with it?

I have not trained my upper body for around 3 months now.

All I do is train legs , abs, neck and I swim after each season .

I am taking 200mg Deca and injecting Test prop EOD.

Eina sounds really kak .I would look for a biokineticist, i think that's their field.. Don't want to stuff it up again by the sound of it. Good luck with getting it better though! :)

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
