i have started a new training program it goes like this

you train 2 days on and 1 day off then2 days on and 2 days off, there are two workouts that you alternate, upper body and lower body .

i just typed out the whole thingthe my internet sesion expired and i lost it all but basicaly it s two heavy sets per exersize and three exersizes per muscle group with chest back shoulders adn arms in one workout( which is a bitch to finsh) and then the legg workout which is also 2 heavy sets and 3 exersizes per muscle group and six sets on calves.

would this work better than one muscle group a day and 2 days off?

Dude, bottom line is, get to know your body, once you know your body you will need to know how much time on time off you need, when you need to go heavy and when you need to go light, so what ever you do, if you mix up your training program stick with it for at least 2-3 months to make sure you how your body reacts to it, don't change things to often or you will never know how your body adapts.

Good luck.

PS, in future, write your program in a word document before you upload it then just copy and paste :D

No I have not, I wouldn't be able to finish each set proper as I wouldn't have the strength to get through it, however I do sometimes do a negative / positive, full body workout 3 times a week, mon, wed, fri, when I feel my body needs change I do this for a few weeks, well I used to when I was doing bodybuilding.

EG: Do bench press, then do bent over rows, see, negative postive, pull, push, same with bicep curls, (straight / ez bar) then to skull crushers, and shoulders milatery press then into squats.

I do this when I was looking to add size and thickness and using allot of gear so my body was recovery fast, also its just 3/4 sets per exercise, 1 exercise per muscle group.

It's so hard, as so many things work well for some and for others it doesn't, bottom line is go back to basics, do your core training like the above mentioned
