bud bread contains close to 20-27g of carbs per slice depending on what brand u are using... your macro nutrients are all out,and also how do you know how much you are eating without weighing and measuring everything out...

I dont like your split much. It doesnt make sense to me. You have big muscles together on one day, like chest and shoulders on one day while they should be split, or maybe just front shoulders with chest and back shoulders with something else. And then you have triceps on their own day. If they are small its because you over train them, if they are not I apologise, it just doesnt make sense to me.

m0lt3n you hit it on the nail, I don't understand your training split at all if you going to do Chest Shoulders on the same day only once per week you definitely not gonna hit it hard enough as you will be too fatigued to do any worthwhile damage.
Id do it like this: Day 1: Chest, Calves
Day 2: Back, Abs
Day 3: Legs, Calves
Day 4: Shoulders, Abs
Day 5: Biceps, Triceps

The vast majority of the time if you're not growing you're not eating enough. Plain and simple. To get big you have to eat big.

As DJ said, unless you know exactly what you're putting in (which it looks like you don't) then you won't be able to solve the problem.

Look at it like your monthly accounts, you go through all your receipts to see where your wasting money and how much you've blown on WWE Magazine. It's only when you know that that you can start to save money. Put that in reverse for your food, its only when you know what you're putting in before you can realise how much you're actually not putting in!
