isolating the inner quad was created by chemically enhanced
so iv been focusing on getting the correct form for legs lately and been getting good results, just the inner teardrop is lagging and i dont know how to isolate it correctly,iv asked guys who have more experience but their answers were confusing and just didnt make sense..can anyone help with this?

also another question, when doing extentions, whats the difference if your toes are pulled upward towards your body or if they are pointing away from you?

pulling your toes up (dorsiflexion) will increase tension in the muscles of the anterior leg, increasing the strength in the quads thru tightening of the anterior fascia. Pointing the toes will weaken the leg and will actually activate the calves in direct opposition to the quads, so will be of no benefit.

Normally lateral rotation of the during extensions will focus on the teardrop

You can do leg extensions with toes pointing UP(ALWAYS) and outward.
But i found that leg presses and squats with feet narrow and straight hit them pretty hard. I've had some nice growth in the last couple of months doing just that.

yeah, what jr said. dont try point your toes when doing extensions, keep them natural. as for the teardrop, turning your feet slightly outwards can isolate it, along with JR's recommendation with regards to squatting/pressing

I find that doing Leg Press with one leg at a time (after Squats), gets the inner teardrop burning... Been getting results with that...

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

close stance squats and press for me.. It kills

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

In the new muscle evolution Marius Dohne talks about his leg routine. There is something on inner quads. Think he uses the "yes/no machine". Its that machine the old ladies in the gym use where you sit and open and close your legs, hence my nickname for the machine:laugh:

I did that leg routine in the gym last week and i was sore for 3 days. Tonight i'll try it again. Cool routine, check it out

I include it, and a few of my friends do too.

I think its the abductor and adductor machines. With the add one being the one where you press your legs close, (adding your legs)

I dont like the idea of exersizing the inner thighs. If those muscles get to large, your thighs will rub if you walk, causing u to get a rash... (yea, I used to be a fat boy)

I freaking wish they had those "yes no machines" at my gym...
Went to another PF, which had them and tried it... worked well, had a nice sore feeling.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...
