Need to start training again was created by AvA
Hi there,

So awesome to stumble across this awesome site.

I used to train / diet very hard. 4 years ago I had a baby, and last Dec I had my 2nd baby. I now need to start training again, but find it so difficult to get motivated.

I know I still look quite good for a mom of 2 and I still have all my muscle memory.
I need to know what are the latest training and diet trends? I have been out of it for so long.

I am going to start training today. I train Day 1Chest & biceps, Day 2shoulders & triceps, Day 3 back and day 4 legs. Is this ok, or how can I change it?

My diet will be Breakfast (oat & whey protein smoothie) 10am whey protein lunch tuna salad 3pm whey protein dinner chicken breast and mixed veg

I would also like to know what is better for me clenbuterol or winstrol? My goal is to loose weight and tone as quick as possible?

Thanks in advance for you help

i would look at changing your diet first off, there are a few sticky posts in diet and contest prep section that i have written for the people here in order for people to understand how nutrition works...

your training is fine,i would maybe look at adding in some cardio 3-4x a week post work out to get u back into it,20minutes is fine for now...

dont worry about drugs just yet, rather get the basics in order such as nutrition, getting your metabolism back in order and training all out then consider doing the fatburners...

you wont need to change your work out shedule as such to often, rather change the exercises done or sets and reps every so often.. your split is fine, just remember to do 2 days on 1 day off,2days on 2 days off for maximum recovery....

Thanks so much for the info DJ
I was not aware of the rest days like that. I used to do 3 days on 1 day off and just carry on like that.

Also is it better to train morning or evening?

I will be doing 10 mins of cardio to warm up before training. Why do you say post is better?

you can do 3days on 1 day off,its up to you but i find that i recover better with the 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine...

cardio post work out is always better, you deplete glycogen stores. pre work out can exhaust you which means u will not have an intense work out as energy levels are lower

by doin your cardio post workout you allow your body to run off dietary carbohydrates and stored glycogen while weight training, powering your workout, and then cardio afterwards means carbohydrates are already depleted and fat stores will be accessed

Um, but im scared of needles...
