evan centopani said in his thread that no great physique was build with 6reps. nice food for thought me thinks

the max ot program says that you should repeat the same split or 4 weeks and only then should you change it...
surely it would be better to mix it up every 2 weeks?
some advice?

thanks.
Just curious. Why do you want to mix it up every 2 weeks? Usually any program takes 4 to 6 weeks minimum to work.
Just asking...

SuThy wrote: nah dude, not switch the program but switch the workouts within the program so that I am not doing the same exercise split for 4 weeks in a row. I have heard that you should change your workouts(the exercises you do in them) every 2 weeks to avoid hindering gains. or something
confused. haha.
I thought that's what you meant. You certainly DON"T have to change the split every 2 weeks to keep making gains.
The Max OT is a good program and the splits have been designed for a reason, and they work. So don't go changing the splits, stick to the program imo
