Howzit

Can you modify the max-ot program, instead of doing x3 sets and x6 reps, doing 4 sets and 10 reps, but also do x2 sets to warm up? ;)

you can, but what you are suggesting would defeat the entire principle of high intensity, low rep... It would no longer be max ot. I personally incorporate some of the principles of max ot into my workout, but i dont follow the whole programme

Um, but im scared of needles...

Also true, thanks Spike. I am currently on a normal gym gym program that looks like this:

Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Back and Traps
Thursday - Shoulders and Triceps
Friday - Biceps and Forearms.

After each workout I do x2 ab exersises and after that I walk on the treadmill for about 20min. Each month I change the exersises for each muscle group. x4 Workouts per muscle group. I do 4 sets of each with 10 reps. Warm up sets is x2.

looks decent, but i would rather do traps with shoulders than back, as all your shoulder presses and upright rows, and even lateral raises, will activate upper traps.

Effectively you'll train lower traps with back, but your shrugs should be with shoulders
