Ohk basically i wanna know whats the best excercise to get growth outta your triceps. I work Triceps once a week but the overal growth i get out of it is minimal and I push it to the max so I was wondering if maybe there was some excercise i missed out.

Generally i do Tri's and Chest on the same day, tri's first then chest.
My tri routine consists of

Skullcrushers
Tricep push downs with the straight bar and then superset with the handle for one arm at a time
Tricep press
and then finish off with dips till failure

Try do chest first....
Then do dips to blend from Chest into Tri's.

Then:
Skull Crushers with the ez bar
Tricep Pushdowns with bar
Kickbacks
Rope Pushdowns

Close Grip Bench Press is also pretty popular for adding size to Tri's. Just use the smith machine for this, so you only focusing on tri's and can go really heavy.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

i find that the close grip decline bench press, give some serious burn to triceps.

When you feel like giving up, do two more...

Then you are doing dips. The Bench is supposed to work lower chest?!

If you do Chest first just remember that your Tri's will be pre-exhausted and you wont be able to do as much volume. Do 1 exercise for each head.

i took the advice about adding in close grip bench on the smith machine and it really sapped the last bit out of my tri's, it was amazing and the next day i still had a bit of size on them. So big ups for that, for sure gonna add that into my routine
