Soreness after training... was created by trubore
Ok, so I have been training since middle September last year, and things have been going great... Mostly thanks to Molt3ns advice...

This may be a silly question, but do still grow if you aren't sore after your workout?

Just wondering...

spike is 100% right, but you should still try to push yourself. those extra few reps/kgs and pushing yourself untill failure makes a world of difference!

soreness is due to a buildup of lactic acid in the muscle. Some get it some don't. Other get it when they stop training others only get it in some parts of their bodies. And then you get those that only get it when they mix up their training pattern.

Don't stress, as long as you are going forward eg: using heavier weights, using the same weights for more sets, etc you are fine and your muscles are growing.
