Anyone know of where i can get a assessment done, as in BF etc? My gym is small and have stopped doing them. I can use any random person i find on net, but was hoping someone on forum would know where to go in Cape Town.

howsit man, just go to sports science in newlands or any VA and i'm sure they can sort you out
