my body fat is at 18%, i am 30years old and 1.7meters tall. i am getting my eating habits cleaned out and i am training 4-5 days per week. my routine is straight forward and i havent measured my progress in the last 5 weeks. my routine is as follows

1) 30 MINUTE CARDIO (EVERYDAY AT BEGINING OF WORKOUT)
2) MONDAY - CHEST
3) TUESDAY - BACK
40)WEDNESDAY - LEGS
5) THURSDAY - SHOULDERS
6) FRIDAY - ARMES

I DO AROUND FOUR- FIVE DIFFERENT EXCERICISES PER BODYPART EXCEOT FOR ARMS WHERE I DO 3 BIS, 3 TRIS AND 2 FOREARMS

IS THIS WORKOUT ROUTINE ANY GOOD? I AM TRYING TO TONE UP AND LOSE SOME BDY FAT BEFORE I START MY CYCLE IN JANUARY.

no no no dude, add cardio to the end of the work out, by doing a heavy weight session u are going to stimulate the metabolism more as well as deplete glycogen stores. u will raise the heart rate alot more by doing weights first and also u wont be tired from doing cardio before your work out,so u will be able to push harder and heavier!! once the work out is done then add in the cardio as your glycogen levels will be low and the body will use body fat to fuel the cardio session.

building muscle is the best fat burner u can have,at the end of the day think of your body as a car engine, whats gonna use more petrol? a 1.3 or a 4.5l engine? more muscle = bigger engine. more petrol used = more food and body fat burned up for energy.

thanks for the suggestion, i will start doing the cardio at the end of my workout, it sort of makes sense. can you guys advise me on a good weight lifting combination, ie chest - flat, incline, pull overs, cables, incline flies- this is what i do, it it enough?

what can i do for back, shoulders, arms and legs?
