Maybe you should ditch the isolation work and go back to basics with dips, close grip benches and rows?

I like your thinking N3rd.
Think i am just going to go onto big weights for a while, not stick to too much form, just to get the size there, and then work from there.
Thinking about moving arms to a split routine with other body parts (Back/Tri's and Shoulders/Bi's), as maybe having arms right at the end of the week is not the best idea, as all other body parts are tired from the hectic week.

adapted from Max OT,according to him barbell curl is the best for putting mass on the biceps, so I did those hard, made them the basis of my bicep routine and it worked.
Leave the concentration curls, I dont think much of them, do something like EZ 21s, but I prefer 5-5-5 or such.

I forgot to mention that I follow the Max-OT style with arms, thus I do their brilliant warmup, and all sets after that are working sets, so I do 2-3 sets per exercise and 3-4 exercises per muscle (bi/tri). And I agree with chemically enhanced, single bicep cable curls do work great by putting lots of tension on the bicep through the whole motionchemically enhanced wrote: MR.SA i hit a plateau a while ago with my bis i started doing chin ups before each arm workout and started doing curls with the olympic bar it helped for size also i started doing more cable curls i find the cable keeps the muscle tight for the whole rep.also try get your hammer curls in there it helps with strength so you can curl heavier, and also reverse curls, but im like nerd exept i do three sets with perfect form then the last set i go large

But just using the principles also, feed on that and add it to your arsenol. Dont have to read the whole thing for that either. When you google Max OT review you will also find some summaries. Google is your friend

i dont follow a specific routine its all in my head mate,i sort of follow a push pull method and i do all the basic compound movements, and i train ALL the muscles and yes that includes legs  i train one large and one small muscle group a day.
my application for the b.t.c crew was denied though, reason being is cause i squat and deadlift more than i bench press so i cant be in that club

I also only did it for something like 3 weeks, now I do my own thing, almost the same as you. Also like the one small + one big muscle effect. I like the higher pace of my own programs, and being versatile when machines are taken or whatever. Now I just struggle to finish inside of an hour in the gym.
