Good or bad???? was created by du Preez
Hi there

I would like some advice please, is it a good thing to gym in the mornings from lets say 06H00-07H00 and then again in the afternoon from 18H00-19H00? In the morning you train a muscle group and in the afternoon you train a diffrent muscle group, or is it better to a 3-5km jog or bike ride in the mornings and then go and gym in the afternoon?

They say in the morning your testosterone levels are at their highest, I find as much as that might be true I am lazy / tired in the morning.

Hmm, I don't believe it's that smart to train twice a day unless that is your job, eg: you train in the morning, you eat during the day, you have a nap, you eat more, you head to gym again, you come home eat another meal, then sleep..

The only way you will know is if you try it, you might become fatigue or your gains might just halt. Keep an eye on both

I find it the same oopump , in the morning i am just a bit lazy , i think it is due to your training time and your amount of sleep.eg) if you train in the morning your body will become used to it but if you train in the afternoons @5pm like me then sleep at like 9pm you will be more tired in the morning thsn if you trained in the morning and went to be at 9pm thats just what i find. But i can't understand why you would want to train 2 times per day i mean hat can you train in a week your back, shoulders, bicep, tricep, calves, hamstrings, quads, chest if you train hard and heavy while keeping your proper form you should have no problem picking up good gains when you train 5 times per week. Mon-fri, use the weekends aqs recovery bud you'll grow well.

You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.
