2 questions, dont feel like opening to threads.
When do you take a break to prevent overtraining? And if you are not on juice? I have been on max ot for three weeks but decided to do something different this week and blasted my legs with 10 sets of max squats. So now I can feel that my body is tyred...but I never take a break, I reckon there is always something forcing u to take a break, courses, sickness, circumstances, but now its been months  since I took a break. Does moving away from low reps to say 12 or 8-12 help overtraining? or must I just suck it up and rest? (its almost december, 2 weeks of rest...)
I am reading the advanced weight training manual, they say to exercise for the pump is bad. How much do you use it in your routine or do you also shy away from it? I am thinking of say 6 sets per training day on my routine, then 4 weeks max ot? alternating that way a good idea?
Okey, more than two questions
Oh yes!!! Another question.... you are suppose to rest for a minute after a maximum intensity set so that the toxins can be removed out of your muscles to make sure you can do max intensity again.....so why then not alternate between two muscle groups? with little rest.
