Please dont laugh.

I hurt something and it wasnt even during training (I think). Yesterday I sneezed, and something tore or popped or something in my stomach. Its about the same hight as my navel, but more to the side of my body.

Everytime I laugh or move in a certain way, it hurts like hell. Its bearable, but not during training, iI feel like shitting bricks when I lift. Any ideas as to what this could be and how to fix it?

Maybe get an xray????
Could just be a pulled muscle...
Massage the area and try apply voltaren/deep heat to it before training.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Go to the doctor, if you popped your appendix (blindederm) you don't want to risk infection

That would depend on the extent of the hernia. Sometimes surgery is the only way and sometimes it can be reduced in the rooms. Just go get it examined first, thats the only surefire way of knowing what it is, im afraid any diagnosis made like this is just a shot in the dark, examination is everything.
