Pain is weakness leaving the body
Am I Over Training? was created by Rowan
Hey guys.
I hope you're all well.
Iv recently been forced to change my training regime due to a my offices relocating.
I now work 2mins walk away from my gym and have found it better to do my workouts during my lunch hour which is from 13:00 to 14:00. As a result im forced to do in 45min (cos i have to allow for shower & change before going back to the office) what most do in 60-90min
A basic snap shot of my regime is as follows (supersetting with most exercises because of time issue):
Monday - chest
Tuesday - Arms (bi & tri)
wednesday - shoulders
thursday - back& fore arms
friday - legs (quads & calves)
sat & sun i rest.
Am i overtraining? should i somehow try to structure it so that i rest wednesday, saturday and sunday?
All input welcome.
Thanks guys.
Peace...

That looks fine, And because you are only training for 45 min, if your diet is OK then you will probably not overtrain.
If you are short on time, you can consider doing Max OT...

ok u might just be over doing it for the diet, not enough solid protein sources of solid carb sources for theat matter,u can do alot better than that in my personal opinion... u need to drop a few things, weetbix, toast, yoghurt, salty cracks, and massive muscle, add in whey protein, oats, sweet potato, brown rice, white potato, white rice, stick to carbs that are grown not manufactured
add in more chicken,egg whites,cottage cheese,red meat,fish,tuna....
