Strategies to limit weight gain. was created by Conry

Contrary to what most of the members want I know, but, does anyone have any training/stacking suggestions for increasing strength and power whilst limiting weight gain? MMA is my sport and is weight-class bound, hence my question.:silly:

GABA or Salbutamol (Venteze), allows me to train, increase strength, while limiting fat gain... Are you referring to gaining strength and keeping body (muscle) weight low?

As far as I know MMA fighters prefer Anavar and Oral Turinabol.
