max ot training program was created by travy
hi all, i have read most of the max ot training program, and it seems to be pretty impressive, how many of you guys out their use this program and have noticed the results? im one of those guys who was taught to do 4 to 5 sets, and 12 reps per set etc. now reading that max ot program, i see that you do way less sets, and way less reps. i undersatand that muscle over load is what you really want to have. and i do agree that it gets really tiring, and my concentration does go after like 8 reps or so, as well as the more sets i do, with more reps, my strength quicly dissappears. im really keen to try this work out plan, can you guys pls comment on how this program has helped you to grow?

Its a fantastic system, coupled with a good diet will take your physique to a new level. I personally thought the volume is low (6-9 total sets) but there's no way you can complete more if your intensity is spot on. My strength has increased ALOT and my physique has transformed as though I was on AAS, but my diet has also been key to this

Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!
