looks a litlle light weight to me.
throw in more sets, bring down the reps and start with your deadlifts.

After your first exercise your warm no need to start light and work up to max weight on following exercises go straight to the heavy sets after your first exercise.

in this case with the excersise program as is juice this will not be a good idea, imagine starting your deadlifts on a high weight

Deadlifts are an exception i normally do them at the end of my workout anyway and warm up on deadlifts then go heavy to avoid injury. What i mean when i say once your warm no need to go light and work up to max weight on next exercise is for eg: if you do wide grip pull downs and your next exercise is close grip cable rows no need here to go light and work up to max weight just jump straight into the heavy sets with 2 to 3 heavy sets this is one of the max ot principals very effective and if you read the max ot book it makes perfect sense when he explains why this way works to you
