My training was created by john777
Hello gents. I dont do bodybuilding anymore but I still train every day. I have gotten into body weight exercises and running. You might think then go and ask "runners world" what the hell to do, but in my heart I will and can never be a runner, it is just a means to an end and it has everything to do with my job and needing cardio to stay really competitive in my field. So please take a look at my program and tell me what you think as my questions have more to do with correct diet and supplementation (possibly steroidal).

My stats: I weight 94 kg with 12% body fat. I am 34 years old. I am injury free, except for my right knee. (I am sorting it out by strengthening the quad.)

Where I need to go. I need to get by 8% body fat as my running times will become drastically better and I need to get to doing a 100 push ups in two minutes, 100 sit ups in two minutes, 25 pull ups in one minute and I need to run 3 km in 12 minutes. You gents might think it is easy but it is not. I dont really need help with my training routine as I am following a military fitness routine that guys use to get to those levels, but I am going to mention the routine and I would appreciate any comments.

I run five or six times a week. The longest run I do is 10k twice a week, I also do sprints, tempo runs and a 3 k once a week.
I do 10 sets of push ups, pull ups and sit ups three times a week and on the other three days I do 10 sets of dips and body weight squats. The end result of this training is hundreds of each exercise.
Having trained in the gym for almost a decade, loving my squats, dead lifts and other compound exercises, this line of training took a huge mind shift, as I watched the muscle getting smaller, but my word, the muscular endurance and functional strength is something worth while.

My first question is with regards to the correct steroids to use when training this way. I have always been "ultra" conservative when it comes to roids as I never competed or anything, I just loved to be strong and to train daily. I have never stacked any roids and I am happy with only one cycle a year, sometimes even skipping a year. I have used Sust. and test enant. in various forms, preferring the latter and I have use deca and I tried winnie once. All of these where great but I seemed to really do well on test enant.

Needing a push, and being willing to try more with regards to steroids as I have not abused them in years gone by I would appreciate any suggestion regarding the right mix of anabolics when training this way. Keeping in mind that I dont need any size gains, just great muscle endurance and quick muscle repair.

I eat a normal healthy diet. Not concetrating overly on protein as I dont mind being "bitch" weight. This is what I eat.

Morining: Two eggs, two slices of brown bread.
Mid morning: one chicken breast one slice of brown bread.
Lunch: Tuna (a can) and some fruit
Afternoon: Any carbs bofore my run
Supper: Chicken breast and veg.

I use no supplements like shakes.

I have said much. Thanks for reading.
