Morning chaps, I am looking for a reference guide of sorts that illustrates strict form for the most popular excercises. I am busy working my way back from a long lay-off and really wanna concentrate on grooving proper form/tecnique.

I have found it.... will download it tonight and let you know when done. Its pretty large @ 54meg.....Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding
