Kettlebells

Sup peeps... Has anyone used kettlebells for strengh and cardio training? Also im looking for someone that has or knows of a kettlebell gym that would be interested in buying my stock.... Shweet julle...

what stock do you have, and would you be interested in selling the pieces seperately, or only as a package?

Sup Marshy, i have from 8kg to 56kg, yeah im actually selling them all together, but if i do happen to sell the bulk and have a few left overs i'll sell those separetly.

What sort of amount are you looking for dukkes? I'm very keen on kbells! I don't know how to send you my contact as its against forum rules

Howzit, I have been training with Kettlebells for about 2 years now. As in my profession I am not always able to get to a gym for 3 to 4 months a year so Kettlebells are great to work both strength and cardio. Please seek good training prior to use so as not to injure yourself.

Lekke SpiderZA, ive also being doing KB for about 2years now, id really like to get certified in it now.
