It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

yea but you need to put it under some strain, conventional crunches and most of the others only targets the top 4 blocks ... just check out some of those MH dudes

Lying leg raises. Add a weight! Bend the knees a little and concentrate hard on form. Squeeze abs at the top and lower the weight slowly. Try to keep the muscle contracted through the entire movement. WORKS.... TOUCH WOOD

lower abs is about reducing your body fat.
Do the hanging leg raises as Netro advised.
But you have to fit in more cardio into your worked out, it's all about shredding!

Hey guys as some of you know I am training for a comp.
I have been grafting abs like a machine and yes hanging leg raises is on of the exercise that work best for lower abs.
I am just concerned, as I am pretty lean 6-7% bf at the mo and I don't actually see the two lower blocks in my abs... is that just genetics or just lack of training them in the past? So at the mo I have a blocky 4 pack...
