Strange thing was created by Gearedup
so this morning was delts, was going through my 4th warm up set on seated dumbell press (i know i know but have right rotator cuff issues) i was feeling breahless during my sets , anyway the set before did 12 reps no problem, i picked the weights up into start position couldnt even lift the above my head, went very very dizzy pins and needles and i knew i was about to pass out, managed to drop the weights and lean forward just before what felt like passing out, waited a few minutes to get my bearings and rather called it a day, i was sipping waxy maise so i dont think it was a sugar crash, any other idea's or just a bad day ? etc

Did you eat before the workout besides sipping on WMS? Did you take stimulants this morn?

Maybe try having the WMS a little earlier before the workout, maybe 30 min. I dont think it was a sugar crash, just a shock to the system from the creapump. Try adding some solid food in before you workout, it will help keep your body feeling 'easy' and stable

thanks beesting, i have noticed i get breathless with seated raises before but not like this, think your right shock to the system, as i wasnt feeling as energised as i usually do, was dragging myself into gym lol

i'd suggest that u have a solid meal of oats and raisins pre workout then sip your WMS during the training...

Maybe you should try focusing on your breathing technique then on seated raises, if you are feeling breathless then this might be why you are getting dizzy and chances are you will pass out eventually (most likely affecting your blood pressure and hence the dizzy feeling)

Youre in early days of GH right? Its probably messing with your insulin? Made me Hypoglycemic at the start.

Also make sure you have yourself checked by the doc from time to time - BP can also affect you.
TestEN 900/Tren Ace 80/ T3 etc??

will the meal not affect the gh taken 40min before?

i think my shoulders are to big and cutting off the breathing :) i will try , i do tend to hold my breath on heavy lifts like squats, bad i know , but usually on the heaviest sets

We all tend to hold our breath when pushing heavy, its out of habit and makes it seem easier but its not healthy and you can have a heart attack like that, I would definately say try become conscience of your breathing on exercises you tend to hold your breath on and improve on that even if it means you need to lower the weight a bit until you have the technique perfected
