Bro, it's all about form and isolation. Genetics is crap as some say. Concentrate on your form and isolating your pecs and stick to the bread and butter exercises like weighted dips, flat, incline and decline bench etc. The was a great link that I had, will see if I can find it again

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

I have the same problem as all of you. Everything on me grows like weeds.. Except my chest.. I have tried so many different things but nothing works.

I weight 84 I bench +-90 . But nothing. Tried bringing them down slower to diffenent parts of my chest .

For wieghted dips I add a exra 20kg on , and still see nothing after months of training....

I think my problem is genetics... Maybe injecting directly into my pecks might work?

looks like we all have the same problem. But i solved a little bit of the problem mixing up my chest routines (ie: doing some of the other exercises that you usually don't do. By training chest twice a week. and my the biggest help was when you do dumbbell presses: when you bring the dumbbells up to the apex turn them in toward each other. It adds that little extra bit of umff! that really made a BIG difference in my chest size and shape.

I'm gifted with a very strong upper body, but very weak legs... there was a time when I benched more than I could squat.
I found that if I alternate between heavy and light weights every week I get better results. I did light bench presses yesterday with only 100kg's and I'm very sore today...

I was thinking of doing exactly that.. One week light , one week heavy..

Maybe that is the trick?

my chest is my weakest and smallest bodypart! i hav big arms, shoulders and back so in training i find they over take... after 3 moonths off my entire body is weak so now its time to push my chest for growth as much as possible! does anyone actually believe in site injections? esp into chest? i kno its a bit desperate but just a query!

Your chest lags because of bad form, period. First get your form right and then look at site injecting.

One of the main causes of bad form is trying to go to heavy, that's why you say your other stronger parts take over to compensate for the weight you cannot push with your chest.

initially i got that so i started pinching my shoulder blades at the bottom of the movement and keeping them there and going deep with every excercise! now its better my chest feel it but still no size...problem i cant do dips my shoulders feel like they wanna pop(left shoulder rotator cuff) think i might start focussing more on flat dumbell and bench than anything to get initial size going!

Ever since I quit the barbell for my chest work, I've built a bigger and stronger chest. While the shoulders and chest are still the weakest parts of my body, I've managed to induce some decent hypertrophy.

I had an AC problem that I cured with some rotator cuff movements and concentrating on retracting my scapulae during chest and shoulder movements. Well the AC problem isn't cured, I just manage to avoid it by putting by body in a good position before I strain against a weight.

In my case dips and heavy dumbbells were the miracle cure to my chest problems

If you struggle with shoulder pain, it may be worth your while acclimatising on those assistance machines till your whole upper body can co-ordinate the movement. In the meantime you'll look like sissy, but its worth it when you start adding plates to your bodyweight. Try it you'll see. just don't hurt yourself.

From my experience, the best way to give a full pump to your chest is to do various pushup routines between bench and dip sets.
