So other than being genetically awesome and having great calfs naturally,
does it make a difference training calfs with your toes in, toes away from each other and straight??

Kinda like this dude suggests

HEy Stripflow, they want us to think that it doesnt make a difference but i reckon that after doing a few dozen sets i have noticed that the outer calve (toes in) seems to have grown a bit or maybe its all in my head...who knows :)

its as satisfying to me as cuming is ,you know as having sex with a woman and cuming..so can you believe how much Im in heaven?im like getting the feeling of cuming in the gym im getting the feeling of cuming at home im getting the feeling of cuming backstage,so im cuming day and night!!

Why not do it all three ways, that way u keep stimulating the calf muscle but it will be stimulated differently with each position to get max. benefit

I've seen a major improvement in my calves since I started doing a proper routine for them. Standing and seated calves, reverse hack squat machine(my own term), hammer strength seated calves.

Ur not the only one, guys generally seem to struggle with getting their calves to grow. Try training them twice a week if they recover quickly enough
