Hey guys,

Just a shot in the dark

Im in need of some human motivation as my friends are a bunch of wankers. Does anybody train @ PF in rivonia after work? Just need somebody to kick me against the head if i even think of not going to gym (even if its just for a while). If ur keen, ask admin for my e-mail addy. Just figured this as good a place as any to find a temp training partner.

Know the feeling. My gym partner also decided that cold winter mornings is better to lie in bed with his girl. Well she must be bloody good then !!!!!!!!

ja its shitty, mine is just not as fired up as me ... and yes after a hard and bloody long day at the office it sometimes feel better to just stay home chow and go sleep ...

Its a pity iam in Kzn cause ive been looking around for a new partner thats aggresive in his training. He is a bud but iam bigger than him and changing weights all the time gets to me sumtimes. To me its the best to go to gym after a hard day... My boss`s face is on all the machines i pound and pound till iam finished. Dont worry i think we will get there eventually....

Damn dude, I have the same problem, but I train at PF Fourways after 7pm (after kids are asleep).

Maybe we could hookup for weekend workout?

For the super rich of course. I bet this gym is in Sandton or Fourways. Count me out. Luckily there's something like Discovery Vitality for our VA gymmers.
