Hungry Like a Wolf was created by WTF

Has anyone seen the training video "Hungry like a Wolf"?

The one where Milos trains Dennis Wolf and two other guys.

I have just started to watch it and it is a hell of a workout, especial a week prior to contest prep.

I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.

Yes, those giant sets are crazy, the fact that they are an low calorie diets as well and doing that training is hard core !!!
Just watching them makes me hurt.

I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.

Ima gonna give it a go hahaha , later , after lunch , and a heavy carb up , and some fatburners , and , and , i changed my mind hahaha

Too much hardcoreness for me . I like my muscles full of glycogenseses.hahaha

What I like about it is that Milos also does the workout, not like a lot of the other trainers out there. I rate Charles Glass and Milos as the top trainers I have seen (not that I have seen a lot but I like their style)

I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.
