I was thinking bring the dosage down for 7 days and then as soon as go back to train finish the last week at the original dose. Please advise gents

Just train your legs and abs only till you recover.

Continue just like you are, don't mess with the balance of your blood.

Go train legs and calves during this time,,, And give it around 7 days, you should heal a bit quicker than 10 days like he said if you really stay diciplined... Make sure when you go back you don't do momvents that could hurt that even more... eg: flys, side lateral raises and even upright rows can cause some pain. I'd also rather use dumbbells instead of straigh bar to allow a more natrual momvent.

Good luck...

what he said but also i suggest u get it looked at and do some rehab for it,go to a chiro get them to needle for u and get that shit fixed, just because it isnt sore doesn't mean its healed,i am suffering from elbow tendinitis and granted its been 3 weeks since i last had any pain i am still not doing any tri cep exercises that aggravate the elbow for the next 6 weeks,u gotta realize that u have some damage and its gonna take more than 10 days to fix otherwise its gonna be a reoccurring problem!

This bodybuilder i knw tore his tricep jumping over a gate(what r the odds) He didnt get a op, its healed and weak, now hes working around it but it is effecting his shoulder, entire arm and pec.

So i think get it sorted which is short term instead of leaving it and fight a never ending battle long term. :)

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
