The rest of my back is pretty much where i want it, but these rhomboids they looking flat and kak. Anyone can help with maybe diff exercises or insight into getting them to grow?
I normally do lat pull downs, one arms rows, deadlifts, seated rows, shrugs.

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

Swop the seated rows for bent over barbell rows, throw in some wide grip pull ups (or replace the lat pull downs) and then make use of the cable rows, great machines!
(both the normal seated one and the 45 degree one, the latter really hits you're upper back nicely!)

Could be that stronger, more dominant muscles are taking to much of the load/weight. I would say try isolating the lagging part more. Also try to work them first (pre-fatigue) before you work the rest of your back. Just some ideas.

start your back routine with pull ups,do 5 reps even if u are doing 50 sets of 1 just do those 50 reps, drop the lat pull downs as there is to much room to cheat, then move on to low rows with a wide grip bar and make sure your hands are slightly more than shoulder width apart, maybe by a hand or so wider than the shoulder width. then go on to reverse grip bent over rows then do your dead lifts, your dead lifts will be weak but u will have fatigued everything else so it might just help u
