Larcenc, this isn't the answer your looking for, but...
focus more on your triceps, when your flexing your tricep will add more cm's to your arm size. Train tri's first for a few weeks with bi's after that, you'll put more effort into your tri's and won't be able to overtrain your bi's.

Leave your ego @ the door.

You guys need to look at MAX OT training principles and Jeff Willits workout plan on Google...18 weeks of changing the routines and keeping the body guessing.

Download the MAX-OT pdf it explains a WHOLE lotta basics...train ONLY compound movements, do all the basics, forget isolation movement crap, use your diet and cardio to burn fat and use your weights workout to pack on the muscle.

Been using MAXOT for 6 years now...its the shizniz...

Training bi's twice a week aint gonna get you anywhere, its when we rest that we grow...

Dude, if you wanna grow those arms, you gotta eat solid foods...only time you should be taking protein powder is probably pre and post workout. The rest of the time should be good solid food...

If after 8 weeks following MAX-OT and no results, I will eat my tub of ON dry and post it on You tube:)

Thanks guys,

Frustrating to stop training specially on the chest and biceps!!! I will star my training tommorrow morning and will focus on my Legs and Core for a while ,will test the elbow with some standing hammer curls and maybe drop my weight to 20kg or so?? I also found that with the reverse tricep extention and chest my elbow hurts alot.

Any one have some tips to keep your biceps and chest busy while on the injury list?

You mean "Cortisone injections" right ?

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Worst news I have heard in a while! :S

Will use the rest period to do some cardio and work on my stomach(have been trying to loose some extra BLUBBER)!

I started my Programme this morning with Legs and cardio,

Thuesday: Back and cardio
Wednesday: Cardio?
Thursday: Legs and Cardio again?
Friday: ?

Any arm and chest training is out of the qeustion for me anything I can add to my programme, I do train my Stomache every day?

Will six weeks have a huge impact on my proportions if I only train my lower body and stomache?
:cardio

6 weeks will be fine for you.
Work on the blubber with the cardio, keep protein high, good time to lose fat.

Do whatever exercises you can without pain... What about fly movements for chest etc...

Don't overtrain legs or abs. Make your workout sessions shorter if you need to split work load over the week...

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view
