if you want a different HIIT cardio workout, then Google "Guerilla Cardio" been using it for about 2 years...

12 minutes of hell! Nice way to mix your cardio routine up a bit.

I use it in the mornings and then train MAX OT immediately afterwards. Going to see how this goes for 4 weeks.

All I have is NOXplode (BSN) as soon as I wake up and then train, have ON afterwards.

Cool Jayman, I use it on the elliptical machine...OR if your joints can handle it, do some sprints between light posts out on the street.

so to sum up, 4 minutes at 50% max, then 20 seconds 100% and then 10 seconds 50% up and down for 4 minutes and then the last 4 minutes is at 50% of max...

I usually burn about 200 kcals in the 12 minutes, but try and beat your previous days cals burnt...

nice change from walking on treadmills for one hour a day:)

So if I wake up and go straight to the gym and hit the treadmill for 20min then drink a whey shake. Is that OK?

Yes that's ok but I pesonally prefer to wait half an hour after cardio and then have whey etc to get the maximal benefit from cardio but you get super hungry after the cardio if you did it on an empty stomach so if you cant wait half an hour then dont

Yeah...I got the F6, Trevor hated me lol.... Yesterday I hit spinning and the treadmill ( in that order) only managed to burn about 700 c where aboit 3-4 weeks ago I was burning closer to 1000. Thats why I like keeping track of what you burn...it shows that the fitter you get the less calories you burn doing the same excersise....forces you to up your game...

Yeah, I've made the same analogy, I haven't done cardio at all for the last 6 months, only now starting while I'm trying to cut.

Brings up and interesting point though, if the counter is accurate, even while bulking being reasonably fit could be beneficial as you'l burn less calories and be able to do more....

My back day also came to about 600 odd calories.
