Morning Everyone,

Hope u all had a nice weekend, just crap the bulls won :P but wht can u do, This morning i would like to get some feedback on training for my dad he is gona be joining me and my brother in the gym tonite and i really want to keep him training, thing is he is 55 weighs 87kg and i dont want to hurt the old man into not coming back, so obviously light weights and few excercises to warm him up?

we train legs on mondays so i dunno if i am keen to let him train his legs he might die lol

just start him off slowly, whether its cardio or weights. If he hasn`t done weights for ages hes going to suffer from stiff muscles and not enjoy it. B)

and hes gonna hate you
