Hi
I would like some input from u guys and girls on what you think of my current training program.
Just an overview:
Day 1: Bi's + Chest
Day 2: Shoulders(and traps) + forearms
Day 3: Back + Tri's
Day 4: Legs(Calves included)
Just do legs on this day. I mean if you doing calves, hammies and quads... personally think you not targeting one or two of those muscle groups.
Day 5: Cardio and a swim
Day 6: Rest
I do abs every other day.
Any criticism would be much appreciated thanx.
He is my out look on your training schedule.
Day 1: Bi's + Chest
Do chest and calves on this day. I personally think you need to train calves 2-3 times a week because it is such a stubborn muscle
Day 2: Shoulders(and traps) + forearms
Never training forearms in my life and I find they have grown with the rest of my body.
Day 3: Back + Tri's
Just do back and your abs. Back is a big muscle group. Stick your triceps and biceps for one day.
Day 4: Legs(Calves included)
Um legs and calves... i think just stick to your hammies and quads on this day as adding in calves is just taking way to much time and Im sure you not exhausting each muscle group to their fullest.
Day 5: Cardio and a swim
One cardio session per week. I would just split it up and do 20min cardio sessions after your workout... unless you really enjoy swimming?
Day 6: Rest
I personally only need 5 days to train a week. I make Sat/Sunday and Wednesday my rest days.

I am a noob at training atm, but i see everyone trains chest and tris/bi's on the same day but i am so F***ed after training my chest that i dont have the energy to train anything else? maybe calves sure but not an upper body muslce group? i train chest, legs, back on their own and combine the others and switch them up?
Of course you can train chest, bis and tris on the same day....if your aim is to stay in shape and do light weights. If your goal is to build big no way will you do all those body parts on the same day except when cheating or just fuckin around.
If everybody does it, is it still cheating?
