I would like to know if any of you guys are doing the Max OT 3 days a week training routine and if you find this to be sufficient.
Thanks.

Theres a three day a week one??
I have been running the 5 day one pretty consistently for the last 2 and a bit years. Guaranteed the split on the 5 day a week standard MAX OT is better than the "3 day" one, you have really got to MAX OUT for it to be effective, its tough enough on 5 days.
Try a four day split check out some of dorian yates' routines, Probably the best 4 day splits around. 3 days? Not to sure.
Peace

This is interesting, i have just started the Max-OT 5 day program and following it to a tee. Problem is i dont feel that exhausted afterwards yet i am going max on the 4 to 6 reps after warm up sets.

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

I know I'm prob gonna get hell for this one but screw it
I don't think I agree with the max ot system, I train till failure in the 6-8 rep range on all my workouts besides legs which I keep a little higher, but I do alot more reps and exercises coz I don't get fatigued from the low number of sets they recommend.
I keep the intensity as high as possible and really push my body but even at that level I just don't feel that a max-ot workout is enough

It felt the same when I first started it. Felt weird.
After 12 weeks I saw a difference. I am off the whol Max-ot program for the remainder of the year.
I will start next year again. Give it a 12 week chance buddy , you have nothing to loose

I was only on Suppliment the first time. Other times I took Sdrol , or Winstrol with Tbol.
Been using the whole Max-OT approach for 2 years or so

Yugen:
If you are not fucked after the work out you are doing it wrong, so many people say this that they feel sharp after a session and dont feel like it works etc etc etc.... should be 45-60 mins of fast twitch hell!
Listen bear 4 VITAL THINGS IN MIND WHEN DOING THIS ROUTINE:
1) FAST TWITCH!
2) MAX OUT AT AN UNCOMFORTABLE LEVEL!
3) DONT OVER DO ACCLIMATION AND WARM UP!
4) ADAPT AND ADD EXCERCISES USING THE SAME PRINCIPLES TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS!
I cant do the days involving Chest, shoulders or legs without a spot because you playing with dangerous weights. Thats how high your max ot sets must be. Uncomfortably high past what you believe your comfortable limit is.
And fast twitch, break for 2 secs between reps MINIMUM and put everything into your next rep. Watch jay, ronnie and the other big boys train and check their form. Thats what you aim for.
Look on the max OT website and use the numbered workouts at the bottom, dont waste your time with the step by step thing, learn how to warm up and acclimate, learn fast twitch principles, get uncomfortable, grap the biggest weights you can and tear those muscles into hugeness
Peace
