found this on google...it says it a German volume training workout....I think they might sell clothes too:laugh:

Monday:
Chest & Back
- one exercise for each and do 10 sets of 10 reps

Wednesday:
Legs, calfs, and abs
- 10 sets of 10 reps for Legs
- 3 sets of 15+ reps for calfs and abs

Friday:
Shoulders, biceps, and triceps
- 10 sets of 10 reps for shoulders
- 3 sets of 10+ reps for biceps and triceps

Do not workout on Tuesday, Thursday, and weekends. This will give your body time to rest and grow.

Rest only 60-90 seconds between sets. The first few sets will feel easy, but as you progress through the workout the sets will get harder as you fatigue. When you can complete all 10 sets of 10 reps with good form increase the weight by 5%.

Give this program a try for 6 weeks and I am sure that you will be pleased with the results, you may even have to buy some bigger clothes!

Well my opinion is why not get muscle fibre breakage by doing three heavy sets as opposed to ten light weight sets. But lets see how it works out for you guys trying the program out

Hi guys / girls !
Right, german volume is quite popular in Europe! Everyone who really tried it can confirm: its just freakin' hard and you'll always pick a load that's too heavy to actually finish 10 sets... think one should not do it for too long (natural) as it is quite hectic, but as barbell said "always good to chance yout train a bit"

Ok so today was Legs and Abs day and my word it was a killer! In total, did 100 deadlifts and 100 leg extensions (all negative reps!) and then 45 twisted crunches and 45 standing calf raises. Thank god tomorrow is rest day cos i can feel Ive worked out!!!

You are succesfully proving the point that to be able to do weight seriously you need a mild to moderate degree of insanity!! :crazy

Did anyone of you make any decent gains on this program? I'm going to start this program on Monday to change things up a bit and to make some LBM gains. Also what can I do on off days in the gym just to be more active?
Thanks

Never feel sorry for yourself... Even if you're training hard, he might be training twice as hard. You just gotta keep coming back stronger.

Not ever going to say i believe in this programme but whateva.... If youre doing this programme i suggest big time rest on off days, if not swimming is always a good idea on rest days, nice sets worth of resistance training and helps loosen up the stiff muscles-
