I have a similar motivation to Happyraven although i have only started my journey to getting big last year, kind of a late bloomer at 27 but when i look at a photo of how i was last year Jan08 to now after 2 cycles a year later...thats what keeps me motivated and striving to get bigger and bigger over time!

Although most of the time i look at myself and think i am still skinny yet my pictures do prove otherwise, but i am sure that is pyhscological!

Well done bud! Same here it does motivate you a lot but I think everyone suffers from "I am skinny syndrome" even though we are not. It's just one of those things i guess, the pursuit of perfection.

Thanks mate, i think you right about the skinny syndrome. The other thing i forgot to mention was for me, finding this site and reading through the posts by guys and gals who have shared their transformations and growth as well as knowledge and that is priceless.

Seeing the progress I have made, and the compliments that I get.
I also feel weird (fat) if I mis a training session.
But even better is the look on the jocks' faces who used to torment me, when they see me in town and suddenly they greet me politely. :laugh:

But deep inside youre still that tiny little nerd.... easily scared and when the water gets a bit hot; all that muscle melts away and everyone can see you clearly. :laugh: :laugh:

Just pulling your leg;

Its no good being big and strong (agreed it can be intimidating) but if you cant fight for shit its no good. I witnessed a natural body builder (big guy) getting pounded by a small dude half his size...lol was funny his ass was handed to him.

Thats why i watch lots of Bruce Lee movies :woohoo:

Seeing someone that is bigger, stronger or faster than me really motivates me, that sense of acomplishment when you bench, squat and curl more than he does.
