Hey BB,

I have been using MAX-OT for about 6 yaers now, believe me it works GREAT!

Cardio mornings and MAX OT at night, clean good diet, some GH, some Test and you are set my friend!

I would usually do 8 weeks MAX OT, then 4 weeks high rep low weights for 4 weeks etc etc...

Do MAX OT for 8 weeks bro, I promise it really is a great workout.

Google Jeff Willet and MAX OT, you will find some great workouts to mix it up the MAX OT way...fuck I sound like a salesman here:)

Wicked!B)

But how long does it take you to finish the sessions? The 2-3 minutes rest periods take up a tone of the time. Combine that with the length of the waqrm up phases and I end up way over time...closer to 55 minutes on some days...B)

yeah...thats the problem...too many questions....shut up and train...

I think the reason I question it is that its quite different to most run of the mill training routines plus lately Ive been focussing on mostly combination excercises as opposed to isolation ones...moving to a once a week muscle group routine is strange...B)

ok you need to read up, there is a big pdf that is on Google...download it read it, you will never question it again.

Its all about using cardio and diet to drop BF, and using weights to either maintain MM or even increase LBM.

Go for it man, questions are good, but dont let it disrupt your training. Read read and read more...
