Ive been of the forums for a while but cannot stay off and is back under a new username.
Height is 1,80
Weight 78 Kg`s
Ive been weight training for 2 years now and need some advice from anyone on how to put on weight as i eat like a horse but seem not to get the muscle weight to increase. I stay to a good balanced diet with lots of Protiens and Carbs. I use Muscle fuel and Whey from USN in the mornings when i wake up and after training at gym.
Iam on a varsity 8 man rowing team and need to get help please. Ive been thinking bout taking roids as two of the members on the team is on but would not take the advice from anyone of them.
All help appreciated
Thanks

Also how often do you have to row a week and what other excercise do you do? (Often rowers do to much exercise, overtrain, and compromise muscle growth)
Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

How many calories a day is "eating like a horse" Please give a close enough estimate.

I agree with Inja, had a friend who was rowing and you guys sometimes seem to overtrain. Also you start carbo-loading a week before an event, exhaust your muscles to fatique and then wonder why you dont grow?
Give us more of you're eating & training specs. My bet is that you dont eat enough portions during the day, especially after training.
And rather buy some good extra food than spending it on Utterly sh*t nutrition

Your diet needs some serious work.
How many meals do you eat a day ?
What protein do you eat ?
