Training in Durban

Hi Guys, just moved from JHB in Dbn, any advise about where i can go for training, what are the best gyms in Dbn, (i prefer something that can be called gym, not something as Virgin that give me more the feeling of a place where to go for drinks) thanks and if anybody is looking for a partner to train toghether , i will be more than happy!!

yea bro i am in durban. well if u are apart of the attractive virgin group the la lucia gym is brilliant as well as the kings park gym,they both are pretty empty in the mornings... if not muscle and fitness in pinetown and waterfall are good...not sure about the rest.

thanks Dj, i am thinking to go to stay in UMdloti ( i love to stay by the sea) so i think the best option is la lucia

I'm sure there is a virgin at Gateway, but the honnies at la lucia are worth the extra few km drive..

extreme is right about that...there are some moist young ladies that train at la lucia...do u train there extreme?

Nope I'm in JHB but I've seen the honnies at the VA La Lucia.
They are very very fine.
It's probably a good thing I already batlle to train at my VA when some honnie decides to do Donkey Calf Raises. My test levels increase but I can't lift a single weight

Wish i had moist hunnies at my gym....instead it looks like they going to work, running around with backpacks, earings, makeup and every gadget under the sun attached to their arms, waists, pants. In fact one morning a lady came in to have a look at the gym and started training in her heels...its a lag.

But IceT you train in yuppieville so what do you expect.
When I worked out there I used to go to VA 4ways mall in the afternoons to do some cardio. They used to have the treadmills looking towards the entrance of the studio if you only knew how hard it was to stay on that treadmill. Those honnies were really HOT!!!

True Extreme...maybe its me but my women must be natural, they look good without makeup that way when you wake up in the morning you are not sleeping next to a monster!

Fourways Mall, ah yes haven't been there but i have seen the stuff that go's in ...nice mommies too i might say.
