im left handed
1) when i bench and reach the 10rep mark, the bar will start to tilt cos my right section so weaker, cos my shoulder was dislocated.
2) when using this equipment (image below- dont know the name of the machine) my right section will give up easier than the left, to the point where my right cant push at all
(File Removed)
wat must i do, so that i can bring it (weak section) up? also what to do when my shoulder starts burning from the pain?
thanks alot

I also had bad shoulder/chest injuries and basically had to start from scratch (like you)
You are compensating for your weaker right side by twisting your upper body 10 to 1?
This makes the issue even bigger by the way.
Leave all your straight bars and use only dumbells. You have to use a weight that you can do with both sides. This will be frustrating as hell in the beginning as you will find you are much weaker in your right side than you think from all the compensating with your left side.
It is however the only way you will get your strenght equal on both sides. (Since you are left handed you will always be a titbit stronger on that side.)
You can use machines like this to warm up for 2 sets if you must but no more that cause its the same as straight bars.
Lastly - what are you into? 10 reps is quite a lot in a set, maybe drop them to 8 and do them 100% properly?

If it were a chest press with only one set of weights and cables then ya id agree to leaving this only as a warm up..

Just start off with a managable weight to build up your weaker quads strength

LSJ wouldn't the above machine be just as beneficial as dumbells as each side operates independantly and there are weights for each arm?
If it were a chest press with only one set of weights and cables then ya id agree to leaving this only as a warm up..
Sorry Novice, the one in my gym is fixed at the top so they dont move independantly
