im now adding in different exercizes, supersets, dropsets and im looking leaner and fuller.. i guess its body specific. You have to try different training methods and see which one suits you

Checked it out this morning. I would only use this if you've hit a plateau or need to increase strength.
Increased strenght means heavier weights = bigger muscles?
Am I missing something?

Im not trying to make MAX-OT look like hog wash. Im sure it does work. But In my personal opinion the old famous 8-10 rep range is king for growing muscles fast.
And Besides, Arnold didnt max his reps at 6 :)and he's the KING!
He would mix things up -- sometimes he'd even work out twice a day. He did a lot of forced reps and pyramids by adding weight to each set. He preferred doing 6 to 10 reps per set and sometimes (to break though plateaus) did 20 sets per body part.

Think you misunderstood me a bit. I'm all for Max-q BUT when you hit a plato you have to change your program a bit (diet also maybe)
I also then revert to supersets especially. It all boils down to you knowing your body. My one partner was a monster and he believed in 10-12 rep sets. Whatever works for you - for me its best to use Max-q type of traing most of the time.
Also I'm not into BB, I like working with a bit heavier weight.

I think you misunderstood me too

Like I said above, I too think that it would work best for strength training or when you've hit a plateau.
However, I think with our arguments, we've both come to the same conclusion! haha
