Upper body itching when doing cardio

About 2 weeks ago, my upper body started itching like crazy when im doing cardio. I thought it was my pre-workout drink, but i have been using it for 2 months with no issues. I stopped using it last week, but still the issue persists. It last for 5-10 minutes and subsides when i start sweating. I am also in week 9 of my test e, primo, and proviron cycle.

Has anyone experienced this before, and is it a concern? My BP is 100%, but cholesterol a bit high while i am on cycle

Yeah bro feels like a burning/itching - but the itching feels like i want to rip my upper body off I assume it's something to do with the sweating, coz as soon the sweat is visible, the itching goes away

I've heard of it but never experienced it myself. It's referred to as "Runner's Itch". Maybe you can do some research on it, know there is quite a lot of info on "Runner's Itch" on the web.

All that I can think of, is to try an Antihistamine about 30min prior to your training and see where that goes. Maybe you have a histamine deficiency...

Can just imagine how horrible it must be.

I dont use protein shakes bro, only preworkout - Bullnox and then intra workout from SSN with BCAA. Never been an issue in the past, hence my concern bro..

It's called urticaria.. this can happen from medication/ food / supplements. It's caused by the mast cells releasing histamine, you could have an over active CNS from stimulation. By the time you start sweating your body will kick in it's 'natural cooling mechanism' and the itching will stop, you will need to push through till proper sweating. You can drink chamomile tea which will help prevent these outbreaks, and also try keep yourself very hydrated, stop your pre-workout if it continues a week after that let me know. Don't try a antihistamine just yet or you will struggle to control it it... Your body is out of wack and then you will become dependant on them to prevent that burst of histamine, then doctors start to panic and will advice corticosteroids and it will help for a few days and then you just going to keep needing to increase the dose. The sun might also trigger it while you waiting for your body to settle, try keep yourself calm, warm baths is a no go, so is extreme cold, so have a lukewarm shower. Histamine is not bad and your body creates it for a reason so instead of treating the symptom try treat the cause.

haha.. I'm just here to try help other people with a similar interest as me, don't want money, just don't want people jumping through hoops struggling to get answers and treating things with medication that shouldn't be the first line of defence.
