So my problem is my right bicep is much smaller than my left bicep.(I'm right handed btw)

For atleast 3 months I have completely stopped doing bilateral movements and focusing on dumbell concentration curls and doing the same reps on the stronger side as the weaker side.
Thus far I havn't noticed an improvement so I would like to know your guys take on solving these imbalance issues.

Here is a post on this issue which I think I should try.

All that aside I am currently dealing with an left shoulder injury and won't be able to train basically anything upperbody for atleast 3 weeks. I am not allowed to do biceps on the left side so would it be stupid to just train my right bicep by itself to see if that helps to bring it up or would that be somewhat counterproductive and cause other issues.

I would train the right bicep throughout your left shoulder's recovery. Things will equal out a bit imo.

I agree with hormonas train that Right while the left is on holiday. Your dominant side is normally smaller because it gets used more in day to day life than the non dominant side. More rest equals bigger muscle

It is on you. It always has been...
