Goals: Increase upper body power. Viz; bench press, overhead press, vertical pull movement, horizontal pull movement.
Secret background goal: Loose fat. Caloric deficit, will add swimming soon. At the moment I absolutely cannot do cardio. Random muscles sporadically lock into rock hard cramps. Mostly calves and abs, sometimes bi's, lats and pecs. Starting to supp with taurine and anti-cramp supps. Water intake is suffice, sodium ok, eat bananas for dat dere Potassium balance. Not even on clen, seriously WTF?

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...

Yes please! I am sure most of us would like to know, would be nice to have a looksy at.
EDIT: I just noticed there was 2nd page which I did not see, so sorry about my pre-mature reply. lol
Thanks for that Furk. Do you train 6 days a week or is it just a rotating 6 day routine with 2 or more rest days inbetween? What do you try aim for in terms of rest with regards to your PPL routine?
For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Sincerely believe that good folks exist, that understand building others up, doesn't bring yourself down.

Should I type it out? Custom, but I don't mind sharing, just can't promise it'll fit your goals.
