Obviously your intensity will be much greater but do you make any major changes to your workout program when you go on cycle? For example if you only train a muscle group once a week normally do you up it to twice a week while on? or do just up your weight and intensity?

Cheers.

Yup, I train the same muscle group twice a week when on cycle.
I try to push up the intensity as well...

Thats interesting. I tend to always train at a highish intensity and the other week I tried to train all muscle groups twice. I couldn't really do it because I had overwhelming stiffness no matter which way I went about doing it. Either my tris where stiff and couldnt do pecs or bis were stiff and couldnt do back. That type of thing.

Does being on gear greatly reduce stiffness peroids?? Because I got the routine from Flex magazine and I presume it was designed for the juiced type.

The extra test should drastically improve your recovery time? So you should be able to train twice a week instead of once a week? Just wondering if you still train once a week you might not be getting the most out of your cycle? Your thoughts?

Well I would guess that if you've recovered and ready to train get your ass in the gym!!! Your muscles aren't growing if they aren't worked!

Can some guys please post your training programs?
A Breakdown of what you do FOR each muscle group, and not just saying you do chest on Monday, back on Tuesday etc.
If you could post PDF's or word documents, that would be great!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I keep to Max-ot program. . I change my routine every month , and sometime train
some muscle groups twice a week.

Been looking better since I have done this

acidkidsa - on max-ot, do you train each muscle group once per week for +/- 8 or 9 sets per muscle group, for 4-6 reps per set at max weight?

that's how i've been training for the past few months and also the whole way through my last cycle. i think i could have managed training each muscle group twice per week if i had the time. i made good gains, but i am wondering what the gains would have been like if i had trained even harder!

I train 5 times a week each muscle group. Mon - Wed - Fri I train abs after my workout.
I train 4-6 sets.

I push myself as heavy as I can according to my workout . Last sets I push to failure.

If you going to train a muscle group twice rest it for 48 hours before and after.

Eg. I trained chest on Tuesday. I train them again only on Friday. giving it 48+ to heal from tues. And the rest of the weekend to heal before I train them again on Tues.
