Hey Guys

What kind of exercises would you recommend for a lady trying to get a good upper body? ( arms, back, shoulders). i have read a few articles saying woman shouldn't train like men but the problem is i don't know what else to do and i don't want to do Cross-fit. i want to build muscle but not look bulky.

Right now i am doing all the exercises my boyfriend does for each muscle group and im loving it but then get confused when there are articles saying its not the most effective way for a woman to gain muscle.

Thanks in advance

If you just starting out i would say look at Jamie Eastons livefit program its a very universal program but it will get you on track then you can decide whats your weak spots and actually go from there and build your own program and cater for your needs.

Hope it helps
