Introducing a little cardio was created by GFORCE
Hi
I've been on a beginner cycle for 4 weeks and showing awesome gains . However I'm strugling a bit with my fitness levels , I can feel it , I want to introduce a little cardio, but don't want to jeopardise the gains I've made , do you think its wise .
Thx

20min two or three times a week won't hurt your gains.

And if you can, get it done in a morning as this is generally the best time to do cardio PLUS doing it in the AM gets it done and dusted with no chance of procrastinating on it later on.
Aerobic improvment to will really enhance you're WO's.

i think that cardio will benefit your endurance as well as helping you stimulate your metabolism to get increased amount of food in on cycle,so it should have some benefit in more than 1 way

And even if you're not a morning person, you can do 20 minutes after your weights session. Have to agree with Chem, a little cardio boosts your workouts a lot

Cardio can actually help increase your gains also but that is limited cardio. 10-20 min three times a week can do wonders in terms of endurance.
